Adding Tags to Contacts in Content Copilot CRM

Organize your contacts in Content Copilot CRM by adding tags. Select one or multiple contacts, search for or create a tag, and apply it to streamline contact management and segmentation.

1. Start by accessing your contacts.

1 To start off, click on the element.

2. Then, choose a specific contact.

2 Once that's done, click on the element.

3. Optionally, select another contact.

3 Next up, click on the element.

4. Now, you can select all contacts on this page.

4 Afterwards, click here.

5. Or, select all contacts across the system.

5 Click on "Select all 15 records".

6. Next, proceed to add a tag.

6 Click on the element.

7. Begin by entering a name for the action.

7 Once that's done, click here.

8. Search for or select an existing tag.

8 Click on "active".

9. Finally, apply the tag to your selected contacts.

9 Click here.
