Merging Contacts in Content Copilot CRM

Streamline your contact list by merging up to 10 contacts in Content Copilot CRM. This guide explains how to select contacts, choose a master record, confirm the merge with 'CONFIRM,' and finalize the process while noting its irreversible nature.

1. To start, go ahead and click on Contacts.

1 To kick off, click on "Contacts".

2. Now, select your first contact.

2 Click on the element.

3. Next, select another contact (up to 10 can be merged).

3 Click on the element.

4. Then, press the 'Merge' button to initiate merging.

4 Click here.

5. Choose which contact will be the master record.

5 Click on the element.

6. Confirm which record will show after merging.

6 After that, click on the element.

7. Please type CONFIRM in the input box to verify merging.

7 Then, click on the element.

8. Please note that this process is irreversible.

8 Upload

9. Finally, hit 'Resolve' to complete the merge process.

9 Next, click on "This operation is irreversible, please type 'CONFIRM' to con...".
