QuickBooks Integration with CoachWorks Marketing

Integrating QuickBooks with CoachWorks Marketing allows you to streamline your accounting processes. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Connect QuickBooks

Go to Settings > Integrations and locate QuickBooks.
Click "Connect" and log in to QuickBooks.
Accept the permissions and click "Connect."

Step 2: Configuration

Return to Settings > Integrations to verify QuickBooks is connected.
Enable auto-sending reviews if desired.

Syncs new QuickBooks contacts.
Sends reviews upon first QuickBooks payment.
Automatically creates and syncs sales receipts and invoices.
Improved invoice syncing for non-US users.

Note: Only new leads will be added as contacts after integration. For older contacts, export and import them via CSV.
