How to Clone a Chat Widget in CoachWorks Marketing

This guide outlines the steps to clone an existing chat widget in CoachWorks Marketing. Cloning allows you to quickly replicate a chat widget with a new name, saving time on setup.

1. Select the ‘Funnels’ option to begin.

1 Click on "Funnels".

2. Next, explore by clicking on the new ‘Chat Widget’.

2 Then, click on "Chat Widget New".

3. Subsequently, open the action menu here.

3 Afterwards, click here.

4. Then, choose the ‘Clone’ option from the menu.

4 After, click on "Clone".

5. Now, type in your desired name for the cloned widget.

5 Click on the element.

6. Finally, confirm the cloning by clicking on ‘Clone’.

6 Next up, click on "Clone".
