How to Create a New Opportunity in CoachWorks Marketing

This guide will walk you through the steps to create a new opportunity in CoachWorks Marketing. Follow these instructions to input all necessary details and effectively manage your sales opportunities.

1. Start by selecting 'Opportunities'.

1 To start off, click on "Opportunities".

2. Next, click on the 'Opportunity' button.

2 Then, click on "Opportunity".

3. Now, choose a contact.

3 Click here.

4. Review and edit contact information as necessary.

4 Click here.

5. Input the name of the opportunity.

5 Next up, click on the element.

6. Choose a pipeline from the dropdown.

6 After that, click on "Enrollment Pipeline".

7. Select the appropriate stage next.

7 Click on "New Leads".

8. Pick the current status.

8 After that, click on "Open".

9. Enter the monetary value of the opportunity.

9 Then, click on the element.

10. Assign an owner if applicable.

10 Once that's done, click on "Unassigned".

11. Optionally, add followers.

12. Type in the business name.

13. Enter the source of the opportunity.

14. Select a relevant tag.

15. Finally, click 'Create' to save your data.
