How to Create and Enhance Blog Posts Using AI in CoachWorks Marketing CRM
This comprehensive guide explains how to utilize the advanced features of CoachWorks Marketing CRM to create, customize, and optimize blog posts with the help of AI-driven content generation. Learn step-by-step how to start a blog post, enhance it with AI, and prepare it for publication to boost your marketing funnels effectively.
1. Navigate to the Sites tab.
2. Select the Blogs option.
3. Consider adding a blog post to enhance your funnels.
4. Click the Create Blog Post button to start writing.
5. Choose a fitting title for your blog post.
6. Select Change to upload a cover image.
7. Expect to be redirected to your previously uploaded media.
8. Opt for uploading a new image if needed.
9. Select your desired cover image from the available options.
10. Provide an alternative text for the image.
11. Input a description for your blog post.
12. Click the Create post button when finished.
13. You have the option of renaming the blog post.
14. Proceed to customize your document.
15. Opt to edit your blog post here for any changes.
16. The Content AI button serves to generate your blog post.
17. Choose a content type to guide the AI generator.

32. A URL Slug would need to be typed.
33. Either choose a category or add a new one.
34. Fill in required fields if adding a new category.
35. Add a keyword for your blog post for enhancing searchability.
36. Choose an existing author or add a new one.
37. Determine whether to draft, publish instantly, or schedule a blog post.
38. Ensure to save your work by clicking the Save button.
