This comprehensive guide will walk you through the process of creating and customizing surveys within CoachWorks Marketing CRM, from starting with a blank slate or template to integrating your survey with other tools. 1. Navigate to the Sites tab.
2. Next, under the Surveys tab, select 'Builder'.
3. Click on 'Add Survey', choose 'Start from scratch' or select a template.
4. Now, select the 'Start from Scratch' option.
5. Proceed to edit the name.
6. To view more options, click on 'Add element (+)'.
7. Add custom fields if needed.
8. Grab and drop an element into the survey slide.
9. Select any element you wish to edit.
